A Role Model In Vemma – Anna Hoh

Anna Hoh is one of a Vemma friend I know since I first join Vemma. Anna is more using Chinese while I’m more using English in the business. However, we always keep in touch with each other.
Not too long after I join Vemma, I notice that Anna’s name always appear in VemmaBuilder Top Leader Board. She consistently enrolls 5 members every month and I’ve taken the chance to do an email interview with her.

Anna: 是的，创业起步的却面对着困难。开始时，由于没有网路营销知识、不精通电脑技术，还要克服自己的心理压力。但是～我就是这样一路坚持，不气馁！（路只有一条，叫做走下去）～～我的成功，不是因着运气好或机率，而是靠着自己不断的进修、学习、广泛收集资料、投入无数的时间和精力，研究分析、鉴定信念、认真执行，才能享有丰硕的成果，不是吗？
Anna: Yes, I facing difficulties when I first started. Initially, I need to overcome the psychological pressure because of the absense of knowledge in network marketing and not proficient in computer. However, I just insist and do not discouraged! (There is only one road – Persistent) My success is not because of luck of chance, but rather rely on the continued learning, collection of information, put countless hours of effort, research and analysis, identification of faith and seriously implemented, in order to enjoy fruitful results, isn’t it?
Moon: 你每个月都有至少推荐5个新会员，可以分享你的秘诀吗？
Moon: You consistently enroll 5 new members every month, how you do that?
Anna: 这是我为自己定下的目标指向。坚持自己所许下的目标与承诺，这样才会变成自己坚持下去的思想及信念，我所要的结果才会实现。其实，一个人工作，是为了自己；敬业，也是为了自己。在职场上的态度很重要，我们必须对事业有积极的态度、保持个人的亲和力，认真敬业，所以“在用心的地方，就会看见收获，也会带来笑容！”
Anna: I set my own target. Adhere to the promise of my goals and commitments, this will persist into own thoughts and belief, then the results will be achieved. In fact, you work for your own. The attitude of the workplace is important. We must have a positive attitude and maintain personal affinity. Do it seriously and you will see the harvest.
Moon: 你觉得维玛在你的生活上让你改变最大的是什么？
Moon: What is the changes Vemma brings to your life?
Anna: 维玛带给我很大的改变。通过维玛事业，我的生活圈子变大了，认识很多的事业上的伙伴、结交了更多的网友，更学会了很多电脑上的技术～制做网站、教程、部落格等。当然，最大的收获是让我拥有一份收入、迈向经济独立，甚至于成为团队领袖～真的很开心！
Anna: Vemma gives me a lot of change. Through Vemma business, I have widen my friends circle. I make more friends and have more business partners. I also learn a lot more technology on the computer, from how to do websites, tutorials to blogs and so on. Of course, the biggest gain is I have an income and move towards economic independence and even become a team leader. I’m really very happy!
